It is truly a remarkable privilege, particularly when our guests bring with them over a decade of experience as a black belt, encompassing extensive training, teaching, and a deep immersion in the world of Jiu-Jitsu. These interactions provide us with a unique opportunity to learn new techniques that may even be unfamiliar to our resident coaches, and they allow us to train with and gain insights from individuals we might not encounter otherwise.

With great enthusiasm, we are delighted to announce that in January, we will have the honor of hosting Professor Diego Gamonal, the owner, and head coach of Brazilian Top Team San Antonio. Professor Diego boasts an impressive resume, holding a fifth-degree black belt and a collection of prestigious medals.

Furthermore, Professor Diego Gamonal holds a special place as an esteemed guest due to his role as Professor Gustavo Bessa's sensei. It is worth noting that Gus earned his black belt from Diego in January of 2018. This upcoming opportunity to train with Diego at our Happy Valley location is truly exceptional and not to be missed.
