What to Wear & Bring

• Active clothes (do not need your Gi, NoGi gear is perfect)
• Clothing must be free of buttons and zippers
• Optional snacks (nut-free only due to allergies)

Important Information

• A waiver and emergency contact form must be on file for each child. You will be prompted to complete a waiver for your child while registering if you do not already have one on file. You can fill out an Emergency Contact Form with the Link below
• Late Pickup Policy:
  $10 flat fee + $1 per minute after 10 minutes late
• Late Registration Fee:
  $20 for sign-ups after 5:00 PM on Friday, July 17th
