Your first visit starts with a private introductory lesson. We'll show you the basics, answer your questions, and help you feel comfortable before joining regular classes. No experience or special equipment needed. Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

We will confirm with you the day of, to make sure nothing changed.
